WVUEngage has been developed for all students to enrich their involvement experience at West Virginia University. Focused on connecting students with student organizations and campus partners, WVUEngage is for all students at WVU to engage with the campus community.

Current Students - Track your involvement in organizations, create a co-curricular transcript, search for other clubs and organizations, match your interests with existing organizations on campus, or start a new group on campus.

Organization Leaders - Manage your organization, share documents, track service hours, create a budget, advertise your events, manage your roster, search for new organization members, and link all your information to social media sites.

You can set your organization apart from the other 450+ organizations on campus by adding photos, a profile picture, and a catchy profile blurb.

news and events

Create news posts about your latest projects, activities and accomplishments so visitors know you are an active group. Events show up on the WVUEngage homepage and the WVU Info Stations.

Browse Events

roster management

You can manage your roster by adding members and assigning officer positions. Organization members must accept memberships and officers have the ability to show or hide their position through their profile privacy settings.


You can add documents beyond the organization constitution on your group’s profile. Add documents such as meeting minutes, position descriptions, flyers and organization tips and tricks.


The forms feature is similar to Google forms and you can use it for sign ups, elections, feedback and surveys. The forms section on the Explore page houses many useful forms for your organization!
