Need proof of your WVU Student Organization Officers? WVUEngage is the answer! Steps for getting a list of officers:
- Log on to WVUEngage
- Go to your organization page and select "View Full Roster"
- Right click and print this page
Important: If your officers are not up to date on WVUEngage you will not have proof of your officers! Make sure you keep officers up to date on WVUEngage. This is how Student Engagement and Leadership tracks and communicates with officers.

How can I promote my student organization or event?
There are lots of ways to promote your organization. Please see our Public Relations Suggestions for your student organization.
Can my organization use WVU's logo and other trademarks?
Student organizations are permitted to use the WVU trademarks as approved by the WVU Office of Trademark Licensing to promote their student organization through student organization websites, on licensed apparel, in advertising, etc. Please see WVU's brand and trademark guidelines for student groups.
How do I reserve a space for my organization on campus?
To request a classroom, brick area, banner space, and other campus spaces resubmit a Campus Space Request Form. To reserve space in the Mountainlair (meeting room, tabling space or the Plaza) submit a Mountainlair Space Request Form.
How do I create an announcement for the campus InfoStation screens?
There are three vertically positioned InfoStations in the Mountainlair that are available free of charge for you to use in promoting your student organization. These InfoStations play the Student Organizations calendar information from cal.wvu.edu, WVUEngage Events, as well as graphics submitted to the SORC Request Form. What is the procedure for getting an official WVU website for my organization?
To request a student organization website in CleanSlate, please submit the following form. WVU's website themes and templates offer a variety of regions for featuring social media, a video, call-to-action, a gallery for photos, and much more.
